“Affiliated Associates began working with Maple Leaf Farm in late 2001 with an effective date of contract for February 2002. We had been handling our own benefits until that time and were finding that health care costs were out of control, jumping 45% in the last year that we were on our own. Stefanie brought us a bid for our health care service needs that saved us a huge amount of money. She brought to the table several options for differing products and was able to give us spreadsheet comparisons that were very helpful for administration and staff to view and understand. She also came and made a presentation to the staff so that they would be well educated on the changes that were being made to benefits and how these new benefits compared to the old benefit package. Because of this assistance Affiliated Associates became our benefit broker.

Since we signed on with Stefanie the great service continues. On a couple of occasions staff have had difficulty understanding insurance payment problems. I am able to direct them to Stefanie and her staff and they have all of their questions answered. When we get a new employee who is trying to make a decision about which benefit package they should go with I direct these people to Stefanie as well. They come back with a completed application that meets their needs. They are able to get in touch quickly with Stefanie or her staff and then are able to get their health care in force as their needs require.

The great service from Affiliated Associates extends to Stefanie’s staff as well. Marge is friendly, humorous and always quick to help with any questions. Any staff member that I have spoken to in the office keeps a promise to call back when they say they will, even if it is only to let you know that they are waiting for answers to your questions. The customer service at Affiliated Associates is tops. Maple Leaf Farm doesn’t even consider other broker offers for benefit quotes. We trust that Stefanie and her staff are offering the best benefit package that is available for our staff.”
